Tourist tax of € 3,50 per day and per person (from the 15th LJ.).

When booking a double room as a single room, the price for 2 people will be charged.

• If you cancel up to 90 days before arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a € 50 processing fee. In addition, we charge cancellation fees as follows:

• 90 – 61 days before arrival 40%

• 60 to 31 days before arrival 70% of the package price

• 30 to 15 days before arrival with 90% of the package price

• from 14 before arrival, non-arrival or late arrival or early departure, 100% of the package price will be charged. Unused services will not be reimbursed.

  Cancellations are only valid in writing. The right of revocation according to §18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the GTC of the Austrian hotel industry apply. The cancellation conditions are independent of whether the booked rooms are re-leased in whole or in part. We recommend a travel cancellation insurance with the European Travel Insurance.

Our experience shows that things do not always turn out as expected. To avoid unnecessary fees and anger, we recommend the Hotel Cancellation Insurances of the European Travel Insurance.
